[ The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco ]
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial engineering manager to lead the development of Moloco Ads – a powerful, personalization-based ad solution that allows clients to leverage the state-of-the-art ML-powered match-making and ad-serving technology stack. From large-scale data processing to cutting-edge machine learning, Moloco Ads gives our customers access to unprecedented ad performance, flexibility, control, and scale, previously available only to the largest online service companies to grow and monetize their businesses through sponsored advertising solutions.

[ The Opportunity ]
As the engineering manager for Moloco Ads service, you will work with a team of seasoned technology veterans and entrepreneurs to bring this revolutionary new platform to market.

• Build, grow, and lead a full-stack engineering team responsible for developing enterprise platform products, features, and APIs across the entire Moloco Ads technology stack.
• Drive engineering projects for architecting, designing, developing, and operating an end-to-end service platform for e-commerce customers looking to leverage Moloco’s ML-driven advertising technology stack, services, and infrastructure.
• Responsible for all development and operational aspects of Moloco Ads engineering, collaborating with peers in the Product Management, Business Development, and Enterprise Sales teams. Joint activities will include requirement specification, ensuring the quality of products and service operations, and communicating the technical roadmap to enterprise customers.
• Own the communication, coordination, and facilitation of cross-functional Moloco Ads engineering projects across Moloco’s engineering organization.
• Help engineering leadership build roadmaps and action plans for Moloco Ads service.
• Identify risks in executing projects and develop mitigation plans & strategies.

필수요건

• Exceptional level of communication, coordination, software development, and development-team management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or graduate degrees in engineering or science
• 15+ years of experience working in an engineering organization as a developer or development manager.
• Deep understanding of online service systems and businesses -- especially SaaS industries and technologies.
• Detail-oriented and willing to embrace ambiguity.

우대사항

• Experience in the ad tech industry is a plus but not required.
• Some understanding of ML technologies is a plus but not required.
